Sawsan Tabazah is a Jordanian journalist based in Amman. She has been working as a freelance reporter at the Jordan Times for three years, covering human rights, women, youth and people with disabilities. Sawsan is a former fellow of the ILO-EJN Labour Migration Journalism Fellowship Programme 2017, for which she conducted several investigative reports on labor exploitation of domestic workers in Jordan. Her work highlighted the failure of labor law legislation to protect rights of domestic workers and employers. This year, she was an activist for the ILO's international campaign "My Fair Home", which raised awareness about domestic workers' rights. Sawsan graduated from the University of Jordan in 2016 with a Bachelor degree in Applied English.
