Marthe Rubio is a French freelance journalist. After working for five years in Spain and Argentina, she is now based in France and works from her native country. As part of her investigative and data journalism degree at Madrid’s University Juan Carlos, she carried out a long-term investigation on media subsidies in Spain which was published in El Mundo. She then worked for two years in the data team of Argentina’s La Nacion. She has also published in Slate and Libération and worked as a correspondent in Buenos Aires for French newspapers Le Figaro and Mediapart.
