Mark Lee Hunter

Mark Lee Hunter is the author of 'Story-Based Inquiry: A Manual for Investigative Journalists', and 'Power is Everywhere: How stakeholder-driven media build the future of watchdog news', both of which are free to download. He has published eight other books, on subjects ranging from the French extreme right to a case-cracking murder investigation, as well as other manuals for investigative journalists. He has won awards from Investigative Reporters and Editors (IRE), the Society of Professional Journalists (SDX), and others. He is a founding member of the Global Investigative Journalism Network and Story-Based Inquiry Associates. He has worked with ARIJ since 2006, and has taught in 39 countries. He serves as adjunct faculty at INSEAD, Rotterdam School of Management and Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, where he is the founding director of the Future Media Management Programme.
