Dr. Sameh is co-founder and secretary of the Egyptian Commission for Rights and Freedoms (ECRF) - Europe. He has been working on the promotion of rule of law since 2011 and established extensive network within the European Parliament and the European Commission in Brussels. Dr. Sameh travelled extensively in Eastern Europe, in particular in Ukraine and established very good relations with the Ukrainian civil society organisation and human rights defenders. He is fluent in Arabic, English, French and Italian and has fair command of Russian and Luxembourgish.
